How to place an order.
- There is no need to register as a new customer until you have placed goods in your basket and are ready to pay.
- Add items to your basket as you browse the site by clicking on the + symbol next to the item. Should you wish to return to the shopping pages to select further products, your items will be saved in your basket. To return to your basket again, click on the 'Basket' button at the top right of the page.
- To remove an item from your basket, click on the box beside the item you wish to remove. A tick will appear in the box. Click on the 'Update Basket' button. The list of goods should now be correct.
- When you are happy with the contents of your basket, click on the 'Confirm Order' button.
- If you are a new customer, click on the 'New Customer' button. A series of boxes will appear for you to complete. Enter your email address, a password and then re-enter your password again in the 'Confirm Password' box. Fill in the billing address (this must be the same as the billing address for the credit card you will be using) and delivery address sections. Click on the 'Register' button to complete the registration process.
- Click on the 'Place Order' button (once you have checked the details are correct). You will then be directed to the secure payment facility. Follow the prompts from there.
- If you are a returning customer, click on the 'Sign In' button. You will be asked for your email address and password. Click on the 'Sign In' button again and follow the instructions from there.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the 'Lost Password' button. A reminder will be sent to you via email.
- Shortages must be reported within 3 days. If it is longer, it may delay or obstruct our ability to accept the return for a refund.
N.B. Please be careful when entering your card details. All details, including the name of the card holder, the expiry date, the CCV number and the card number itself, must exactly match those on the card being used for the payment. The billing address you provided during the registration process must exactly match that of the billing address for your credit card.
